The Pipe Tracer makes it possible to trace the route of non-metallic pipes and conduits.
The flexible rod is introduced into the open end of a pipe and pushed into it as far as possible. The signal generator is then connected to the pipe tracer. A signal transmitted through the pipe can then be detected by the locator, pinpointing the pipe location.
