The CATEX + is an explosimeter-catharometer with three measurement scales : ppm, LEL and volume gas.
It is used to pinpoint the exact location of a leak, thus limiting the size and cost of the intervention. Gazomat has developed a range of catharometer-explosimeters, the CATEX+ and the CATEX+ DUO and their associated calibration bench.
In compliance with the ATEX 94/9/CE directive of the 23 March 1994 and with all European safety regulations, the portable CATEX+ detector offers optimal safety to the operators. It can be operated in both indoor and outdoor hazardous atmospheres.
